Shipping Policy

Free Tracked Shipping Australia-Wide

All orders ship free within Australia with full tracking. You'll receive your tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days. Delivery typically takes 5 to 12 business days from dispatch. These estimates are made in good faith, but carriers and customs can occasionally cause delays outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time of the estimate, email us at support@travelbuddyau.com and we'll chase it for you.

Order Tracking

Your tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show its first scan after dispatch.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch. We can't redirect an order once it's in transit.
